Promo Mechanics

• This nationwide promotion is open to all Mabuhay Miles Platinum or World MasterCard Cardholders in good credit standing (not past due, suspended, delinquent, and cancelled) during the promo period, raffle draw and claiming of prizes.
• Other related Allied Bank credit card accounts and loans must be active and in good standing (no past dues, suspended, delinquent or canceled) during the promo period and raffle draw and claiming of prizes.

P30 / Mile:

• All local and international retail transactions made within the promo period are qualified to earn ONE (1) point for every Php30 transaction, or it's dollar equivalent, wherein 1 point is equivalent to 1 Mabuhay Mile.
• Zero % Allied Payment Plan (ZAPP) made within the promo period are qualified. Earned points shall be credited upon posting of the monthly amortizations. Monthly amortizations posted within the promo period will earn ONE (1) point for every Php30. Amortizations posted after the promo period are excluded from the promo.
• P30/Mile rate does not apply to Cash advance, Balance Transfers, Convert to Cash, and transactions made from service merchants (Drug stores, Groceries, Gasoline Stations, Utilities). Regular rewards conversion shall apply.
• Terms and conditions of the Mabuhay Miles MasterCard Rewards Program apply.

E-raffle tickets

• Every new application received from July 20, 2009 to December 31, 2009 and subsequently approved will receive 30 bonus e-raffle entries. Bonus e-raffle entries shall be credited to cardholder's account upon activation of the card.
• Every P1,000 single-receipt purchase (or dollar equivalent) using the  Mabuhay Miles Platinum or World MasterCard shall earn 1 e-raffle entry. Monthly installments of Zero % Allied Payment Plan (ZAPP), Allied Balance Transfer (ABT), Transaction Conversion (TC) and Convert-to-Cash transactions posted within the promo period are qualified to earn e-raffle entries.
• Total number of raffle entries shall be reflected on the cardholder's monthly statement of account. 
• Qualified transactions of Supplementary cardholders shall earn e-raffle entries but will be credited to the Principal Cardholder.

Raffle Draw

The raffle draw will be held at the Credit Card Department, 3F Allied Bank Center, 6754 Ayala Ave., Makati City, on January 15, 2010, at 4:00 PM, which will be witnessed by a Department of Trade and Industry representative.

A cardholder can only win once during the promo. In case the cardholder is drawn more than once, he/she gets the prize of a higher value.

Claiming Prizes

• Winner must visit the Allied Bank Head office within 60 days from receipt of notice and must be able to present the following:
  • - Two government issued ID such as SSS/GSIS ID, Driver's license or passport     
  • - Allied Bank Platinum or World Mabuhay Miles MasterCard.
• Otherwise, the prize shall be forfeited in favor of Allied Banking Corporation with prior approval from DTI.
  New cardholders who have won must activate and use their card before claiming their prizes.
• Winner shall sign a “Release, Waiver, and Quit Claim Form” upon claiming the prize.
• The prize will be posted on the winner's Mabuhay Miles account 60 days upon verification of customer information.  Once Miles has been posted to the winner’s Mabuhay Miles account, only Philippine Airlines’ Flight Award Tickets and Service Class Upgrade Awards may be redeemed. All winners and traveling companions shall be responsible for their travel documents, and other travel related expenses, including fuel surcharges and taxes. • Prizes are non-transferrable and non-convertible to cash.
• Winners authorize Allied Bank to disclose and publish their names, photos and other particulars, determined by Allied Bank to any person/s and in any mode or manner as Allied Bank may deem appropriate.
• No e-raffle entries shall be earned from transactions made from service merchants (Drug stores, Groceries, Gasoline Stations, Utilities), including payments for annual membership fees, interest charges, and other card fees and charges are excluded from this promo.

Exclusions

• Employees of Allied Bank Credit Cards Department, Philippine Airlines Marketing Support Department and its affiliates and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join.
• In case of dispute, the decision of Allied Banking Corporation, Philippine Airlines with concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
